We entrust data to trusted IT service providers acting on our behalf: hosting and application server (Vercel Inc.), database (Neon Inc.) and e-mail delivery (Resend Inc.).

Reservation and enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle it, and then for the limitation period of any potential claims.

Accounting documents are retained for the period required by law (generally 5 years).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to make a reservation or to answer your enquiry. Without it, we cannot confirm a table.

The website uses essential cookies and Google Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymous visit statistics so we can improve the site. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking. You can manage cookie settings in your browser - blocking them does not affect making a reservation.
